Your safety is paramount. As a certified electrologist, I follow Alberta Health’s strict infection control protocols. Each filament is single-use and disposed of immediately after treatment. My studio is discreet, Alberta Health-inspected, and designed for comfort, privacy, and professionalism.

Treatment Timeline
Permanent results typically require 12–24 months of consistent treatment. Factors such as hair density, hormonal influences, and previous hair removal methods affect progress. Over time, hair becomes finer until it disappears completely.
Comfort and Sensation
You will experience a mild stinging sensation during treatment. Some clients choose to apply a topical numbing cream beforehand. Post-treatment redness or tenderness is common but temporary. Settings are adjusted to suit your comfort level, and every effort is made to ensure a balanced setting.

At Your First Appointment
Your initial consultation (30–40 minutes) includes:
- A personalized skin and hair assessment
- A sample treatment patch
- A discussion of your goals and ideal treatment plan
Please allow at least three days of hair growth prior to your visit to ensure optimal evaluation.
Studio Hours & Payment
Appointments are available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–3 PM, with select evenings and Saturdays. I accept e-transfers and cash. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement, though direct billing is not currently offered.
